At Tufts Medicine, we’re saving lives, building careers, and reimagining healthcare. Ready to grow with us? Unit Summary:
MS2 is a 21 bed Medical Surgical Unit located at the Main Campus of Lowell General Hospital. The primary focus is caring for the medical specialties and complexities of our adolescent to geriatric population. A hard working, close knit team comprised of RNs, Patient Care Techs and unit secretaries, work collaboratively with multiple disciplines in assuring best outcomes for our patients. This is achieved starting with first encounters as our patients and their families are embraced as part of the MS2 extended family. Teams that work together play together, whether after hours or during the work day. MS2 staff are team players, supportive of each other never hesitating to open up to and include newcomers. In collaboration with Continuity of Care and our Hospitalist team, MS2 works together to create a healing environment that focuses on quality and outcomes and ensuring lasting impressions as our patients transition from inpatient back into the community.
