In this role, you will be responsible for:
Essential Functions:
- Guiding and directing the Behavioral Health department to achieve consistent outcomes aligned with the mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives of a High Reliability Organization.
- Assumes leadership responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of effective and efficient clinical systems exceeding customer expectations; including patients, nursing, support services, physicians and overall community.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN required. MA/MS Degree preferred
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care and strategies for examining and applying relevant concept
- Current leadership, management and performance improvement concepts
- Minimum five to seven years experience in upper level management required.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and demonstrated writing skills.
