Vendor Relationship Manager
Savannah, GA
The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a Vendor Relationship Manager. The Vendor Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring vendors understand how to effectively partner with RepoSystems, and serving as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new vendors, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition onto the RepoSystems platform.
- Launch communications to help educate vendors on platform features, company changes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and nurture relationships with vendors, acting as their advocate within RepoSystems and facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Monitor vendor performance and satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance vendor success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor needs, escalate issues as necessary, and advocate for enhancements to the vendor experience.
- Lead special projects and initiatives as delegated by management, driving cross-functional collaboration, and achieving project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with repo systems or repossession business is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in customer success management, vendor management, or related field, preferably in a technology or service-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and/or related communications with a focus on adult learning principles.
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and drive results.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with regular in-office attendance.
