Job Summary
Coordinates and provides enterostomal and wound care services at assigned LMHS campuses. Provides directly or serves as a consultant for assessment// planning// implementation// and evaluation of patient's wounds// ostomy// and continence care. Provides education to patients// family// and staff.Will consider candidates currently in process of obtaining WOCN certification:
- Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse (CWON)
- Certified Ostomy Nurse (willing to test for wound certification) (CON)
- Certified Wound Ostomy Continence RN (CWOCN)
