We are hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our organization's flagship community, located in the heart of Atlanta near the Grant Park Historic District. We accommodate over 130 elders, and employ over 200 care partners and contracted staff. A.G. Rhodes Atlanta offers several advanced services including an on-site dialysis clinic.

Director of Nursing Qualifications include:
- Current Georgia or Unencumbered RN License
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Director of Nursing in SNF setting
- Ability to lead department of approximately 130 Nursing Care partners
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Critical thinker/Problem solver
- Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to foster teamwork and build strong working relationships
- Ability to effectively liaison between physicians, elders and family members
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Nursing budget management
- Compassionate leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor and develop a team
- Solutions oriented: identifies issues/challenges with solutions
- Passionate about Long-term care and working in a mission-driven environment
