Safety-Kleen is seeking a Government Account Manager inNorwell, MA. The Government Account Manager will be responsible for contract implementation and ensuring all contractual conditions are met. They will also support all aspects of Government accounts and facilitate customer service requests.

- Perform in contract implementation and facilitates all contract and reporting deliverables
- Support and facilitates contract requirements, price management, account structure, and special billing requirements
- Review and support the development/placement of products/services offering
- Supports all aspects Gov’t accounts; customer services, while manage and performs customer set-up and all administrative tasks
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Government background of 3+ years preferred.
