As an NDT Aircraft Inspector II, you will be using your skills and expertise to inspect our aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts to ensure airworthiness and conformance to the manufacturer's specifications and government regulations. You'll be responsible for performing non-destructive inspections, identifying and classifying relevant indications, following applicable tech data and processes and completing required forms and documents. Your inspection authority will be limited to Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures that you are certified to under NAS-410. When not performing nondestructive inspection (NDI) duties, you will assist other maintenance personnel with various aviation requirements.

Must-haves:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
- A higher level degree may substitute for experience.
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
- NAS-410 Level II certification or the training and experience to be able to immediately be certified to NAS-410 Level II.
- Experience with NDI equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Experience withEddy Current Testing (ECT) which isa non-destructive method used in the aerospace industry to detect flaws in conductive materials.
- Experience with aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment and parts
- Basic understanding of audit and inspection processes and procedures.
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
Preferred:
- Exposure to aviation maintenance and/or inspection operations processes and procedures.
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military.
