We are hiring an Account Manager!
The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving value growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer needs and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Track and report on account performance, including retention and revenue metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve services.
What you'll bring:
