Scheduler Role for Ready Set Connect
The primary role of the Scheduler of Ready Set Connect is to maximize the efficiency and productivity of three ABA Centers
Job Description
· Strategically schedule client hours and needs to maximize the services the centers render, both in center and in schools
· Maximize staff billable hours to increase productivity and client services
· Create full time staff schedules that meet the ever-growing demand for client services
· Manage overtime spend to less than 5 hours per week by proper scheduling of time
· Receive any call outs from staff and rearrange the schedule to make up for a staff’s absence
· Receive all client call outs from parents and adjust the schedule for the day
· Utilization of client approved hours by maximizing the hours missed due to absences and offering extra hours when other clients call out.
· Keep an active list of staff who can work a varying schedule to cover for any staff on PTO or who call out
· Create the schedules for all three sites
· Ensure scheduled appointments are verified and accurate by 11 am on Tuesdays to ensure clean claims are pulled for billing for the previous week.
· Complete any addendum notes for direct service staff due to overlapping appointments
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience with scheduling multiple locations
· Experience in a fast-paced business with changing schedules
· Experience with ABA scheduling software, Rethink preferred
· ABA knowledge or experience a plus
· Strong ability to multitask
· Availability 7 am – 3pm Monday- Friday. May be required to tweak Monday’s schedule on a Sunday as needed
· In person in Concord or Manchester preferred but would consider remote work for the right candidate
Salary
· $50,000 plus $5000 KRA
