Overview:
Mercy is currently seeking applications for full-time Regional Resource RNs! Candidates for these roles must be able and willing to travel to surrounding Mercy Arkansas facilities, including:
- Rogers
- Berryville
- Springdale
- Bella Vista
- Fort Smith
- All critical access hospitals in AR -Booneville, Waldron, Paris, and Ozark.
* Candidates must be available for Day and Night Shift
* Required to work 4 weekend shifts per month
* Able to pick up shifts up to 21 days in advance
Base pay + shift differentials + incentive pay!
Weekend Option positions are eligible for an additional $7.50/hr.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Must have 2 years Critical Care experiece (Emergency Dept). Strongly prefer ICU.
- Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program
- License: Current RN Arkansas licensure
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
