What you will do
The Johnson Controls (JCI) Performance Systems Associate will assist in providing continuity, support and guidance to our performance based contract from Financial Close forward. This will involve working alongside the Transition Manager, Project Managers and Transition Team to support all phases of mobilization including onboarding, change management, document management, and asset collection. The position will be based out of Glendale KY at a newly constructed electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant.
How you will do it
Review and gain a thorough understanding of contract documents, specifically scope of services and key performance indicators, to facilitate the development of project specific workbooks.
Maintain and update mobilization plans and schedules. Review these schedules with site team, management, subject matter experts to ensure delivery of contractual requirements.
Coordination of asset data information, creation of preventative maintenance job plans, updates to recurring schedules to facilitate the set up and support of the maintenance management system.
Participate in the implementation of the maintenance management system including monitoring and maintaining the system once the site is operational.
Support the coordination of the Post-Construction warranty management.
What we look for
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Facility Management experience
Interpretation of commercial building plans, specifications, Mechanical & Electrical drawings, equipment datasheets
Familiarity in HVAC/R, Electrical, Plumbing and General Facilities
Familiarity with contract management
SKILLS AND APTITUDE
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools, specifically Word, Excel, Project.
Ability to learn the functionality of a CMMS system
Attention to detail
Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
