As a HR Systems Administrator, will be responsible for development and support of enterprise-wide Human Resources systems and innovative reporting solutions in support of strategic human resource initiatives. The HR Systems Administrator will utilize expert knowledge, skills, and abilities to develop, distribute, and support human resources reports and KPI’s, as needed. As the internal expert and super user for ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems, the HR Systems Administrator is responsible for providing first line support and managing systems administration for all users of the HR systems. In addition, the HR Systems Manager will provide high quality HR systems support across the organization, integrate the ADP system and data with all other HR systems, develop HR data accuracy and integrity with health system and department users, and produce management information to leadership teams on a consistent basis.

Duties Include:
As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be:
- This role will develop and provide end-user support for all core HR systems, as well as continually improving global processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data.
- Review and evaluate alternative HRIS systems for future potential conversion.
- Conduct full implementation of new HRIS system in the event of a future conversion.
- Evaluate and perform integration of future ATS systems.
- Work closely with teams and other departments such as Operations, IT, Finance, Payroll and various business groups to build and monitor data interfaces and provide employee data reports.
- Leads in the support of systems training to HR users through training team initiatives.
- Leads in performance improvement projects that improve the use of systems functionality.
- Leads the additional coaching and support required by upgrades and adoption of new functionality, or new users.
- Lead and maintain the organization’s HRIS applications and systems.
To qualify for an HR Systems Administrator position with us:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Statistics, Information Technology or related field required. Minimum of 4 years of HR system administration, HR systems customer support or HR Information Systems experience required.
- Experience with ADP system configuration, user administration and table maintenance including Security, Reporting, Data Loads, Form Routing, End-User Troubleshooting, etc. is required.
- Experience with Learning Management Software Systems/on-line training/talent tools.
