Duties Include:
As a Hospice Administrator, you will:
- Act as a liaison with the owner/governing body, including provision of reports as designated by the owner/governing body
- Ensure the implementation of the budgeting process and accounting system, as well as achievement of financial goals
- Manage information systems that support the operation of hospice
- Ensure patient/family has access to appropriate management staff during all hours of operation
- Ensure that hospice employees are aware of the law and regulation that applies to their responsibilities
- Ensure an appropriate response to the findings of internal and external reviews
To Qualify as a Hospice Administrator with us:
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing required
- RN licensure
- Hospice experience strongly preferred
- Training and experience in healthcare administration
- Three (3) years experience in health care management within the last five (5) years
- Experience working with financial statements and being responsible for the profitability of a business unit, preferred
