What you will do
Our IT Rotational Program is designed to give entry level IT professionals an opportunity to experience a variety of functions at Johnson Controls in our IT Corporate functional areas. We offer a 2 year program located in either Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Boca Raton, Florida that consists of two 12 month rotations in the following: IT Security Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Analyst and Automation Analyst. Our analysts will get to see all aspects of JCI, develop new skills in new technologies, build their digital and business acumen by participating in our learning platform and round out their experience by networking at companywide functions. #IT
How you will do it
Our analysts will receive customized training and mentorship from our IT leaders. They will have the opportunity to lead large value-added projects, get exposure to cutting-edge technologies and have the support of a cohort of IT Rotational Analyst peers through it. Our analysts complete the program as well-rounded corporate citizens with strong business acumen and unmatched breadth to their careers.
What we look for
Required:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university- scheduled graduation of December 2024
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business – IT
- Must be located in or relocate to either Milwaukee, WI or Boca Raton, FL- Hybrid work schedule
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Preferred:
- Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
- Demonstrated problem solving skills required
