Job Summary
|
Performs work associated with the installation and calibration of various machines.
Shift Available: 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)
|
Job Duties
|
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments
- Test and inspect machines to determine safe and efficient operation, perform routine maintenance and fix standard malfunctions

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications and shop orders to determine machine setup, production methods and sequence of operation
- Operate powered industrial equipment if needed
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education
|
- Perform work under direct supervision
- Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher level staff
- Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
- 0 to 2 years of experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipment

- Ability to interpret work instructions
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects
- Manual dexterity
- Physical stamina
