Sodexo is seeking a full time Registered Dietitian for Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest and Schuylkill located in Allentown and Pottsville, PA. This position will cover a variety of patients at 800 bed Cedar Crest Hospital and at 120-bed Schuylkill Hospital, as well as the opportunity to work in the outpatient clinical setting. The Clinical Nutrition team at LVHN is 70+ dietitians strong, with a supportive leadership team. Our dietitians participate in research, process improvement and professional development.

The successful candidate will:
- work three days a week at one facility and two days a week at the other;
- provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units;
- provide MNT counseling in the outpatient setting;
- work a rotating weekend schedule;
- participate in quality improvement initiatives within the nutrition department; and
- educate health care team members, including physicians and nurses.

Basic Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
