Training schedule: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM 2 weeks
Post training schedule: include one day of the weekend, (shift will be selected after clearance)
**on 11/3/24 shifts will change to one hour later (day light savings)
8:00AM-4:30PM AZ weekdays/ 7:00am-3:30pm weekends (S, M, Tu, W, Th)

Location: REMOTE must live in Phoenix or Scottsdale
**need to go to the office the first day at 9AM to pick up computer – will take 1-4 hours, then more training at home afterwards
Pay Rate: $30.85/hr
Job Description:
- Assist each employee and our internal & external customers in resolving issues.
- Coach and motivate contact center employees.
- Responsible for timesheets, monitoring phone statuses, and providing guidance to the agents.
- Responsible for the performance management of their team to ensure that their team is meeting company or client-set objectives.
- Ability to people manage in addition to a strong understanding of processes.
- They are an inbound call center supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product or book a travel product
Requirements:
- 1 yr call center supervising experience
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing capacity
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people
- Scheduling flexibility is required;
- Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects and optimization
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A bachelor’s degree is not required, but is a plus
