Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Acute Rehab
Shift: Days / 8a-5p (8x5) 40 hours per week, with rotating weekends
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- AZ state is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1-2 years experience
- BLS
- EMR : Medhost, nethealth(redoc)
Other:
- Float to other units
- Facility Setting - ARU, Med/surg, OP
- Beds in facility - 12 acute rehab
- Scrub colors / dress code: royal blue

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
