Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, with every 4th weekend (Saturday & Sunday), No call
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- MN License
- 1 year of experience
- BLS
- Charting: EPIC experience preferred

- Accepts first time travelers
- Traveler must be 25+ miles away from the facility

Looking for a Physical Therapist to work 5x8 days with every 4th weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Shift times: 0800-1630.

- MN license - Can submit without having it in hand. Temp license issues quick once the board is in receipt of all required documents. Traveler would need to commit to applying once offered

- Traveler must be 25+ miles away from the facility as they do NOT accept locals.
