This position offers an opportunity to become a member of the Procurement and Logistics team focusing on the Managed Services business. This role requires an individual who can work in a team environment, be self-motivated, detail oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for contract management and auditing of Managed Services Contracts
- Assist in management of Billing Batch process
- Audit contracts in conjunction with Customer Success Team
- Interface with sales/Customer Success on overages and customer expectations around billing
- Assist in management of turn up backlog
- Other data entry and duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
- Extreme attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks, and to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing, editing and active listening skills
- Superior communication, collaboration, logic, innovation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Willingness to learn accounting principles and compliance requirements surrounding billing and revenue recognition
- Ability to work independently
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Salesforce experience preferred
