Qualifications:
- Current Texas licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Master’s degree from an accredited university program
- Desire to work in a team approach to therapy
- Motivated by targets and goals
- Stable work history and attendance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work in a physically active environment and treat children on the floor as needed

- Supports the mission of Lighthouse Therapy: Improving lives by enhancing abilities and communication in children and adults while having fun!
- Provides treatment for children and adults with a variety of diagnoses
- Communicates effectively with parents and collaborates with team members
- Strives to be educated and knowledgeable on latest diagnoses/treatments
- Completes timely progress notes, re-assessments, and annual assessments
- Tracks productivity to sustain targets
