Are You Qualified?
Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

Requirements:
- Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 45 hours of Child Growth and Development
- 45 hours in Infant and Toddler Curriculum
- Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility
- or 30 college credits
- Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
