Mercy Hospital’s Float Pool provides care to a diverse population of patients on med/surg and critical care units, depending on the experience and expertise of the RN. This is a great oppotunity for the experienced RN to grow in their nursing skills and serve where there is need.
A caregiver in this position works 7:00PM–7:30AM and/or 11:00PM-7:30AM.

- External applicants must have two years recent related experience. Internal applications with less than two years experience but post orientation/90 day probationary period could be considered with CNO review and approval.
