Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Pharmacist
Shift: Variable D/E,10x4, 40hrs/week, Thursday - Wednesday, 7 on 7 off
Length: 13 Weeks
Weekend Requirements: Every other or one per month preferred
Holiday Requirements: 2/3 holiday required
Requirements:
- AZ license
- Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census)
- Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing
- Successfully completed NAPLEX required
- EPIC experience required
- BLS

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
