Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services to lead our Clinical Services Programs and drive positive impact. This role will oversee and manage our programs in accordance with our mission to deliver high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Clinical Services: Oversee all clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Strategic Planning: Establish and implement long-term goals, policies, and plans for clinical programs with approval from the Board of Directors.
- Compliance & Regulation: Ensure clinical operations align with local, state, and federal laws, as well as agency policies.
- Collaboration & Partnerships: Maintain relationships with public and private agencies to enhance service delivery and coordination of community resources.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage budgets, prepare reports, and identify program needs to support the agency’s clinical services.
- Staff Development: Supervise, mentor, and provide professional development for clinical staff.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency and quality across clinical programs through ongoing evaluation and adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Program Expansion: Drive the expansion of outpatient clinical services to reach more children and families in a sustainable manner.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work or a related human services field.
- Full clinical license required.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in clinical program administration.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills, with experience managing budgets and financial statements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with community partners and regulatory agencies.
