About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated leader to oversee our Residential Treatment programs, TRAIL, and Foster Care at Pathway Family Services. As the Administrator, you’ll ensure that our residents receive top-notch care, and that our programs run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll lead a team of managers and staff, work closely with clinical professionals, and ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of our residential and foster care programs.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and monitor treatment plans.
- Lead recruitment, licensing, and support for foster homes.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and seek funding opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide training opportunities.
- Build relationships with community partners and represent the program in various forums.
Who You Are:
- You have a Master’s degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences.
- You’ve led residential programs for at least three years and have five years of leadership experience.
- You’re skilled in managing both people and finances.
- You live within 30 miles of our facility and are ready to make a positive impact in our community.
