Average hourly rate is $20.26 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
Remote Capabilities: Available for those residing in or near the Wichita Falls area.

Education: High School/GED diploma required.
Experience: Experience in computer systems or a helpdesk setting preferred.
Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
Training: On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success.
A Day in The Life as an IT Technician
As an IT Technician, you will be the first line of support for our staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include provisioning user accounts, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and fixing equipment abnormalities—essentially serving as a super-hero for our core operations that support kids and families. You will be part of a strong technology team that promotes continuous skillset improvement and engages in consistent communication with front-line staff to resolve issues. Travel within your assigned region may be required, and you will have the ability to work within a helpdesk queue to meet our Service Level Agreement (SLA) of resolving support issues within two business days.
