Summary
The Recruitment Manager is instrumental in driving a high-performing function and team including planning, developing, executing, and directing hiring strategies, processes, and programs. Works closely with key stakeholders, leadership, HR Business Partners, staff and community partners to fulfill the workforce needs of Lee Health. Creates a strong service culture and promotes a spirit of teamwork; builds a strong team of recruiters with a service orientation that responds efficiently and effectively to customer needs.
Develops strategies for talent acquisition across the organization focusing on relationship management, candidate generation, employer branding, candidate experience and new hire pre-boarding. Serves as talent advisor to find diverse talent for a wide variety of healthcare positions system wide. Participates in recruiting events, candidate data-base searches, promotional campaigns, job fairs/conferences and other programs to source, promote and attract the best-qualified candidates.
Responsible for hiring, orientating, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance of recruitment team members. Oversees the daily workflow for areas of responsibility, oversight of recruitment marketing strategies and serves as liaison to advertising agency and/or new hire preboarding (depending on manager assigned role). Builds and deploys clear process documentation and serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices. Analyzes recruitment trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies. Ensures integrity of the recruitment cycle, maintaining accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelors degree required.
Experience:
Minimum of five years recruiting experience with strong track record of meeting and exceeding team and individual hiring targets while staying focused on exceptional candidate experience and client management. Experience recruiting within healthcare is preferred but not required. Demonstrated supervisory experience and managing staff to include coaching, performance reviews, problem resolution, process compliance, and reporting.
