Our team has an immediate need for a detail-oriented Delivery Engineer to lead a complex DoD development and integration effort. The ideal candidate is a detail focused engineer with previous experience leading development and integration teams supporting DoD acquisition production efforts. In this role, you will engage with internal and external team members to support production of a system that will field to the US Navy within the next five years.
As a Cyber Solution Delivery Engineer you will.....
- Directly interface with our Navy sponsor to procure funding, determine scope, manage schedule, and prioritize resources to meet on-time milestone deliveries.
Primary responsibilities will be:
- Developing and managing a detailed Integration Master Schedule
- Coordinating activities between hardware, software, and integration teams
- Managing and overseeing quality, risk, and configuration management activities associated with system development
- Leading technical reviews with development and integration teams, project management group, government partners, and sponsor
- Coordinating formal Systems Engineering Technical Reviews in conjunction with government partners to facilitate milestone system development
- Overseeing and contribute to technical documentation production
QualificationsYou meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...
- Possess a MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems Security or related field
- Have 10+ years experience leading technical teams performing complex system development
- Can demonstrate the ability to decompose a highly complex system; contribute to design; and oversee development, integration, test, and deployment of systems
- Have recent integration and test experience and significant knowledge and experience in subsystem level verification and validation, integration and test
- Previously led hardware and software teams developing solutions for DoD entities
- Hold an active Secret security clearance and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

- Possess a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems Security or related field
- Have 15 - 20 years experience with US Navy Combat Systems, weapons, sensors, or other related operational military technology
- Possess a quality management related certification
- Hold a Project Management Professional certification
- Have an in-depth understanding of the DoD acquisition process
