Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Home Health
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, 1 WEEKEND PER MONTH IF NECESSARY
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- MA License
- 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
- Home Health experience
- Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy
- approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association or the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- BLS

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
