Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week, with Wednesday off, No weekends

Requirements:
- IL License
- 1 Year Experience
- Required skills include experience in outpatient physical therapy, experience treating orthopedic
- Must also possess excellent communication skills, compassion and respect for others, teamwork and flexibility
- Required: Geriatrics, neurology, ortho, outpatient clinic, AROM/AAROM/PROM, assistive devices, body mechanics, identifying environmental barriers, pain assessment, strength testing, vital signs, documentation: assessment, discharge, evaluation, long term goals, plan of care, reassessments, short term goals, time management. Equipment and devices: crutches, gait belt, standard walker, traction table. Home exercise program, patient family education, signs & symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, safety and injury prevention. Manual therapy, state licensed.

- Neurologically involved patients and experience with electronic health record preferably
- Preferred: sport medicine, sliding boards, moist heat, phonophoresis, ultrasound, medications, EPIC

Special Requirements:
The schedule is four, 10-hour shifts from 7am-530 pm with Wednesday off. No weekends. which is a fast-paced outpatient rehab clinic treating primarily orthopedic and neurologically involved patients with physical therapy diagnoses. Required skills include experience in outpatient physical therapy, experience treating orthopedic and neurologically involved patients and experience with electronic health record, preferably Epic. Must also possess excellent communication skills, compassion and respect for others, teamwork and flexibility.
