Job Summary
- The Patient Care Technician performs duties relative to patient care under the direct guidance of a Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse.
- The PCT is responsible for, collecting diagnostic data and assisting nursing personnel in providing patient care in their assigned area, and clerical duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- This position requires you to be 16 years of age or older.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Certification/Licensure/Registrations
- Nursing assistant certification preferred, but not required.
Work Schedule
- Ability to work various shifts as scheduled
