Pay
- $30+/hour, depending on experience and shift
Flexible Shift Options
- 1st or 2nd shift hours available
- Typically Monday - Friday, depending on shift
Responsibilities Include (What you will be doing)
- Work with Engineering and Operations to identify problems with performance and recommend solutions or enhancements
- Teach / coach / advise on best methods of manufacture
- Actively make tooling 50+% of the time
Experience and Qualifications (What you bring to us)
- Typically requires an associate's degree and/or a technical certificate
- 5+ years of experience operating manual and CNC equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, saws, etc.
- CAD / CAM programming experience required
