Ivory Medical is seeking an experienced Rad Tech with CT experience available for a Traveler assignment in Fairfield, TX.
Opportunity Specifics:
- Contract Type: Radiology Tech Traveler with CT
- Setting: Inpatient Hospital
- Start Date: October
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Shift Availability: 3 -12 hour shifts (7 am- 7 pm);* one weekend shift required*
- Schedule: Day Shift; Flexible scheduling
- Volume:5-15 Exams/12 Hours
- EMR: MEDHOST.
- Onsite Lodging Available
- Equipment: Phillips portable Xray, CT - Phillips Incisive
Responsibilities:
- Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a department/unit team to facilitate the department’s/unit’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
- Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment..
- Takes digital radiographs to assist provider in the detection of foreign bodies and diagnosis of disease or injury.
- Take x-rays, CAT scans and other scanning modalities; administer non-radioactive
materials into patient’s bloodstream for diagnostic purposes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited 2 year radiology program
- Texas-licensed Radiologic Technologist
- Registered by ARRT and certified by Texas Medical Board
- Current COVID-19 Vaccination
