What You'll Be Doing:

System Management and Maintenance:
- Oversee the daily operation of the HRIS, ensuring system integrity and performance
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Maintain system security and ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations

Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the HRIS
- Develop, maintain, and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity

Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflows using the HRIS
- Lead HRIS projects from conception to implementation, including requirement gathering, testing, and training
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into HRIS functionality.

User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
- Develop and conduct training sessions for HRIS users to enhance system utilization
- Create and maintain user guides, manuals, and documentation

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure HRIS compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and other data protection laws
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary controls to mitigate risks

Vendor Management:
- Liaise with HRIS vendors for support, enhancements, and problem resolution
- Evaluate and recommend HRIS-related products and services
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and database management.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree or HRIS certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Five + years of experience in HRIS management or related roles.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP).
Additional Role Requirements:
Work is generally performed in a traditional office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. Working hours may vary and evening or weekend work may be required. You may be required to lift and carry light weight.
