Job Details and Description:
- Answer inbound calls, occasionally make outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Collaborating with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE OF RECENT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Provide positive customer service and empathy.
- Must have High Speed Internet with modem access.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred).
