As a part of the Emerging Markets Go-to-Market Team, you will play a vital role in our success by crafting and implementing innovative growth strategies through tailored messaging, market segmentation, and developing attention grabbing creatives to capture the underpenetrated markets in Eastern Canada. Your contribution will be pivotal in meeting our strategic objectives and KPIs.

You’ll use your balance of innovative strategic development, cross-functional relationships, marketing expertise, and commitment to driving improvements through test & learn opportunities to develop and manage our marketing campaigns (1:1, outbound, digital and mass), digital experience enhancement, and content creation.
You’ll work across various internal and external stakeholder groups nationally including marketing communications teams, creative agencies, TELUS Digital, product teams, database management and market intelligence teams, reporting primes, and marketing teams from TELUS Home Solutions & Mobility to drive progressive and meaningful improvements.
Here’s how:
- Create, implement, and manage short and long-term growth strategies with supporting programs to drive growth
- Work closely with cross functional teams to support customer acquisition goals through strategic campaign planning, data insights, budget management and program optimization
- Monitor ongoing metrics, campaign performance, and frontline feedback to evolve improvement strategies
- Lead weekly executive updates for leadership and be the overall point person driving the accountability for acquisition campaign roadmap, activities, results and timelines
- Track, modify, and optimize our 1:1 campaigns (i.e., Email, SMS, Outbound Call) to achieve KPIs and respond to the evolving needs of the business
- Lead digital marketing strategy to develop paid media campaigns with an end-to-end customer journey that flows through our digital platform and lead generation systems
- Analyze, synthesize and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
