A Fortune 500 Healthcare Client is seeking well-versed and enthusiastic Medical Insurance Customer Service Reps to join their REMOTE TEAM!
Any candidate with medical insurance and call center experience is encouraged to apply!
Pay: $17/hr. *Weekly Pay plus benefits and paid training*
Schedule: 8am – 9pm EST, Mon -Fri (8hr shift will be assigned AFTER training between these hours)
Start Date: Mid November (Could be sooner based on completion of onboarding process)

Job Details:
- Conduct outbound calls to insurance providers.
- Conduct investigations while updating patient data.
- Use computer skills for data entry.
- Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with medical insurance AND call center experience.
- Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work in a quiet setting.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
- Passion and willingness to help others.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent required.
