Workingwith local management teams, you’ll ensureoursitefacilityis operational 24/7 through regular inspection and maintenance.You’llteam withvendors,thesite'sfacilities head,and other team members toperformthesafety, security, and general maintenance activities to ensurestandards are met and isa safe andpleasant working environment for all employees and visitors.You'll work with leadership for guidelines for space management and conduct overall space planning, including furniture moves, reconfiguration and ongoing process improvement.

You'll report to onsite Manager. You’ll contribute to the success of the business throughmaintenance,ensuring the safety and security of our facility, employees and visitors.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

Ensure maintenance and perform repairs of several facility systems such as, Cleaning, mopping, sanitizing, garbage collecting, changing light bulbs, security, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS)) battery checks.

Implement preventative maintenance measures.
Maintain custodian inventory and equipment, supplies and keep the site head informed on needs for budget purposes.
Complete inspections, keep records updated, and coordinate repairs.
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify the appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol.
Perform other custodian tasks.such as moving the lawn.
Trimming bushes and shrubs

Weed Eating
Edging
Blower/Blowing sidewalks and parking lots
Painting

What You Bring to the Role

1 year + experience in custodian duties
1 year + experience with personal computer and database applications for tracking work orders
Experience with standard and non-standard power tools
