 Rapyuta Robotics is hiring a Network Engineer as part of our operations team. The operations team you will be assigned to works with internal sales, product development, and customers to devise and implement the best possible solution to ensure the total success of installation, integration, and operations of robots in a customer’s logistics facility.Â

 Responsibilities Â
- Conduct network site surveys, analyze and report the findings of customers networksÂ
- Design network layout and configure network devicesÂ
- Liaise with third party vendors for installation of network devices at customer sitesÂ
- Conduct network security analysis and maintenanceÂ
- Provide support, maintenance, and training to customers to ensure stable operations of the installed robotics systemÂ
- Communicate with internal members and vendors to resolve operational issuesÂ
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative operational data about the product and make suggestions for improvementÂ
- Create and maintain operations manuals and promote service quality improvement
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related technical fieldÂ
- 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, or similar roleÂ
- Experience building, deploying, or supporting large scale network infrastructuresÂ
- Experience with conducting wireless site surveys using ekahau, airmagnet or similarÂ
- Network+ or CCNA certification or equivalent network knowledge Â
- An obsession with delivering a high-quality product and service to customersÂ
- Ability to independently operate under high pressure, emergent situationsÂ
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Â
- Ability to interface effectively with remote engineering team members to ensure timely resolution of operational issuesÂ
