RemX is seeking Remote Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representatives in Plantation, FL.
- Employment Type: Temp to hire
- Start Date – 10/15/24
- Location: Remote
- Salary: $18.00/hr.
- Schedule: Must be flexible to work 8 hours between 8am-11pm (Will require at least ONE WEEKEND DAY)
Responsibilities:
- Assist callers with questions and navigations of healthcare, health insurance, or meal benefits
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
Requirements:
- GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
- 1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
- Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
