Responsible for processing payments and refunds that are generated through online sales, balancing accounts and investigating fraud.
- Manage and post sales payments and refunds through the portal, ensuring accurate and timely entry of transactions, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records to support financial accuracy and reporting.
- Regularly balance and reconcile accounts throughout the day, monitoring transactions to ensure accuracy, resolving discrepancies promptly, and maintaining up-to-date financial records to support seamless financial operations.
- Analyze and investigate suspicious online sales transactions, and address fraudulent activities, ensuring the integrity of sales processes and protecting company revenue.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent.

- Ability to apply effective communication skills, reading, verbal and written, to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient computer skills; demonstrated knowledge of computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and the ability to learn Internal Point of Sale (POS) Computer programs.
