About The Role
In this fast paced client-facing role, this individual will be essential to drive client retention, satisfaction and growth by assisting Client Executives in delivering high quality service and maintaining strong relationships. You will assist Client Executives in managing their marquee accounts providing administrative and operational support to ensure they are able to meet client deliverables. This cross-functional role will partner with Growth, Sales, Data, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Clinical to provide excellent service for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in supporting Client Executives by project managing client deliverables, coordinating client related activities and ensuring seamless communication between internal and external teams. This individual will be highly organized, take a proactive individual who is passionate about delivering excellent client service. They thrive in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects with ease and are most comfortable working behind the scenes to support our Client Executives in achieving their goals.
What You'll Accomplish
- Operational Execution: Successful management and execution on a variety of owned projects and assisting on other department and cross-functional projects. Support multiple Client Executives to ensure efficient and error-free execution in their daily work.
- Relationship building: Build strong, trusting relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (legal, reporting, sales, member support, billing, marketing) to drive outcomes for our clients alongside our Client Executives.
- Event Organization: Support event organization and marketing efforts across teams (planning, scheduling, monitoring success and follow up). Work with marketing to develop, customize and review materials for client events.
- First-Contact Resolution: Successfully resolving client issues or inquiries from member support and billing, minimizing Client Executive attention.
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Entry and Accuracy: Skillfully enter and maintain accurate and up to date client information leveraging client success tools.
- Reporting preparation: Ability to understand client nuances to prepare marquee client reporting decks for Client Executives in a near final state.
- Marketing & Reporting Segmentation: Ability to segment client data based on custom criteria.

Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. For this position, our salary ranges are listed below by location:

IL (ex Chicago), MD(ex DC Radius), MA (ex Boston Radius), NH (ex Boston Radius), NY (ex NYC Radius), RI (ex Boston Radius), TX (ex Houston), VA (ex DC Radius), WA (ex Seattle Radius), WI (ex Chi Radius), AK, CO, DE, GA, HI, MI, MN, NV, NC, OR, PA: $79,300 -$118,900
