Position Title: Medical Customer Service Representative
Pay: $19/HR. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 7a – 8p CST, M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided
Start Date: OCTOBER 2024
***Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX***
Job Details:
- Monitors the Patient’s Case from start to finish making sure each step of the way is complete (This is where they get the name Case Managers)
- Ensures patients information is imputed correctly and reviews benefits summery
- Coordination of benefits
- Working with patients, pharmacy, provider, and payor.
- Assist with Appeal Management for Claim Denials.

Job Requirements:
- 1 year of recent previous medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
- Must have high speed internet and the ability to work from home.
