About The Role:
We’re on the lookout for an Associate Recruiter who’s excited to grow with us and shape the future of our team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our hiring managers and leadership team to attract and onboard top talent who align with our mission and values. You’ll play a key role in building the teams that will drive our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, reflecting our culture and values
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs, providing strategic insights to drive hiring decisions
- Help us tell our story—assist in creating compelling job descriptions, social media posts, and other content that attracts top talent
- Leveraging platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others to ensure a prompt and positive hiring experience.
- Maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners, both written and verbal
- Use data and metrics to continuously improve our recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in hiring

Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- Passion for building relationships
- Deep commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive recruiting pipeline. Ability to manage multiple scheduling requirements simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Indeed, & Wellfound) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter. Seekout, etc.)
- Demonstrated adaptability to rapidly evolving environments and shifting priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
