Position: Medical Insurance Verification Specialist (Subject Matter expert)
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided
Start Date: October 2024
Job Details:
- Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
- Will be assisting with new hires
- Develop and review content, such as manuals, training materials, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Analyze complex problems or scenarios and provide expert solutions.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Work with other team members or departments to provide insights and expertise as needed.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent.
