Claim Care Representative(s) / Call Center Representative(s):
Main function is to provide excellent customer service, process claims, and resolve problems to the best of their ability.
- Candidate must present a professional, personable, and positive image
- Candidate must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Promptly and accurately receive, screen, and route all incoming phone calls to the proper person/department
- Meet daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, and achieve all service, productivity, and quality objectives
- Must be able to receive, review, and process calls regarding losses incurred by a client’s customer
- Responds to claim inquiries from Policyholders, Claimants, Claimant Carriers, Agents and Employees for Property and Casualty policies
- Notifies Manager regarding staff absences/tardiness; updates and informs other necessary parties of the same and related information
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to be flexible to work additional hours during high volume times (CAT), when there is peak demand
- Must be available to work non-traditional shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous insurance experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role
Main Duties of ClaimCare Representative(s) / Call Center Representative(s) in order of priority:
- Handle all incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, with the objective of assisting and resolving caller’s issues and requests to the best of their ability
- Provide adjuster information and provide information regarding the claim process to insureds
- Input new claims transmitted via telephone, fax, and or email
- Disseminate all electronic mail from the company’s inbox appropriately
- May assist other departments with various tasks with prior approval from ClaimCare Manager
Job Pay:
- $17-$19 per hour
- Potential overtime available
- Shift(s): Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, or 7AM-4PM - Wednesday-Sunday 9AM-6PM
