Pay: $23/hr
Position: Leader
Pay: $23/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 7am-8pm CST. M-F (8hr Shift + OT When needed).
Equipment: Provided
Duties Include:
- Supervising a team of about 25-55+ call center agents.
- Assisting with leadership for 25-50 agents
- Calls are on behalf of corporate clients dealing with prescription health insurance benefits.
- Monitoring KPIs and Metrics
- Assisting in program roll outs
- SharePoint, Salesforce, Excel
- Lots of reporting internally and to the Client
- Daily/Weekly meetings with leadership to identify and improve operations
