Position Details: REMOTE Medical Call Center Manager
Pay: $23/hr.
Training & After Training Schedule: 8/hr. Shift M-F between the hours od 8am-9pm EST.
***All Equipment Will Be Shipped To Your Home***
Job Details:
- Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members
- Manage daily attendance for the team
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
- At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles
- Analyze advanced metrics on agents daily stats
- Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance
Requirements: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF PREVIOUS CALL CENTER LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a team leader in a Call Center or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
