General Summary
As a key member of the Listing Team, the associate will maintain several areas of data movement to keep all RSCG warehouses on determined paths. The successful candidate will focus on preparing auction ads for listing online auctions, so bidders can purchase through our auction platform; also work with team members from the warehouse & program logistics team to improve auction listings.
Responsibilities
- Perform job responsibilities to prepare auctions with speed, accuracy, self-management, and a watchful eye for issues or opportunities to improve
- Create and manage auctions per SOP’s with tasks that include defining categories and condition, creating manifests, reviewing and uploading images, and setting opening bids, enduring the highest levels of listing integrity for the client satisfaction and operation execution
- Responsible for monitoring multiple mailboxes for correspondence with external and internal customers
- Maintain a shared document file for all Listing Team updates within the Share File Folder
- Responsible for day-to-day communications with program logistics and other teams as needed
- Collaborate with warehouse management & Program Logistics to develop processes improvements specific to each warehouse’s customers’ business requirements
- Some assistance with marketing or customer communication may be required, but could offer a potential career opportunity to advance in this area

Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma
- Familiarity with the retail market, online auction model and e-commerce channels
- Experience in Inventory Management Systems an asset
- Knowledge and experience of basic accounting functions and tools, POs, invoices, quotes, etc.
- Prior familiarity with internal tools (lsiadmin) preferred
Skills:
- Strong computer skills- need to be able to quickly navigate and perform functions
- Attention to Detail, ability to follow process without significant errors
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Goal oriented person required, relentless improvement personality preferred
Ability:
- Demonstrated ability to focus and prioritize operational tasks in a high growth & paced environment
- Must be able to review and spot detail at the item level to confirm we have the best buyer experiences with no operational issues
- Must be able to develop original ideas and solutions to difficult situations or problems
- A self-starter with a passion for success and a drive for results
- Must be a quick learner and detailed oriented in order to enhance buyer engagement & experience
